Baby Presents offer a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 anywhere in Australia.
Baby Presents uses Australia Post or a courier of our choosing depending on the receivers location.
- Standard Australia Shipping - We offer Free Standard Australia Shipping for all orders over $150.00 otherwise a charge of $10.00 applies
- Express Post - You can expect to pay $16.00
All orders are delivered by Australia Post or a courier of our choosing based on the sending location. We aim to have the product delivered to you within 2-7 working days. Some regional areas may take slightly longer and delivery times once sent are outside of our control.
If you have not received an order within 7 working days, please notify us by email info@babypresents.com.au and we will assist following up your item's delivery progress. If the product you have selected is out of stock you will be notified of the estimated delivery date.
We only ship within Australia at this time.
If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided by you upon ordering and your item is unable to be delivered by Australia Post or our courier you will be required to pay additional postage charges for the order to be re delivered.
For all click and collect orders, you can place your order through the checkout process and then come in store to collect. We pick the order within 2 hours of the order being placed during business hours. See address details and store hours below.
