 HOW DO I JOIN 
Sign up by clicking on the button called Loyalty on the right hand side of our website home page.
Please note if you have signed up instore and would like to use the same account for online purchases you will need to resign up online and make sure you use the same email address so that the two accounts are linked. 

HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS
You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent instore or online.  You can also earn points through actions listed on the 'Earn' tab of your loyalty profile. 

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS You can check your balance at any time by clicking on Loyalty on the right hand side of the screen of our website on the button. Each time you make a purchase instore or online you will receive an email with your updated points balance. 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS When you have reached enough points it will automatically unlock the reward. Simply click on the reward that you would like to redeem and you will be shown a unique code. This will also be emailed to you if you miss it on the screen.  Enter this unique code into the box "Discount Code" on the check out page and select Apply. Located on the right of your screen.  Please note you can only use one code per order.

WHAT DOESN'T EARN POINTS Shipping cost is excluded 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS We reserve the right to modify or cancel rewards at anytime. Rewards can only redeemed once and are only valid for 30 days from date of redemption.  Rewards points can not be used in conjunction with any other discount code. If you redeem your reward for a purchase less than the full value of the reward the balance of the coupon is not able to be used on another purchase. If you return any items purchased with the reward the value may be subtracted  You can not exchange loyalty points for cash Loyalty is not transferable  When you spend loyalty money you will not earn loyalty points on that purchase
